What a face!! We sure make cute boys. No brag, just fact (as my grandpa always says). Jack puts a smile on my face first thing in the morning, which, all of you who know me well, know that is quite an accomplishment.
Sam got to break his first wishbone this Thanksgiving. He was very interested in how all the wishing stuff works. I just had to know what he wished for so I finally talked him into whispering it to me. "I wished for my wish to come true."

I feel inspired by reading all of the Thanksgiving posts so I must add mine. I am going to skip all the expected and go straight to the good stuff.
I am thankful for: baby poop, drool, crunchy who knows what in the couch and just about everywhere else, sleepless nights, a never clean and ever sticky car, burp on my shirt just as I find the perfect outfit to wear out somewhere special, tiny fingerprints everywhere...all of it. I love being a Mother. I may not feel that way ALL day EVERY day, but at the end of each day I always do. I am reminded constantly to never take my children for granted. I have so much to be thankful for: a husband who loves and respects me, a warm home on a cold night, hope for the future, and humor from the past.....and I think to myself, what a wonderful world....
